Die Plasmakonzentration von SAA liegt in der HELLP-Gruppe über 3,51 mg/l und in der Kontrollgruppe unter 3,51 mg/l (ELISA). In unserem Patientenkollektiv ist eine Trennung zwischen HELLP und nonHELLP möglich. The differential expression of SAA was validated and quantitatively assayed by ELISA. SAA plasma levels were found to be above 3.51 mg/L in HELLP-syndrome and below 3.51 mg/L in the nonHELLP-group.
