In diesem Zusammmenhang kommt es zur proteolytischen Spaltung der FAK und zum Adhärenzverlust. Schließlich kommt es im Verlauf des ER-Stress zur Induktion von Apoptose.</field><field name="allMeta">Cis-hydroxyproline(CHP) induced ER-stress leads to inhibition of proliferation of pancreas carcinoma cells. In addition, initiation of ER-stress machinery by CHP activates intracellular proteolytic processes, including caspase-independent FAK degradation and loss of cell adherence.
