The gene expression of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) could be significantly enhanced by polyethylenimine (PEI) mediated gene delivery. The tumor cell growth could be effectively inhibited both in vitro and in vivo by delivering antisense oligonucleotide with non-viral method.
