Therefore, a stimulus is derived considering transmembrane glucose transport. Fluorescent microscopy data of Mig1, a Snf1 pathway component, were processed through a mathematical approach. The data were compared to simulations of alternative network structures suggested to underlie the Snf1 pathway. Certain structures could be excluded.
