The incoherent effect on the bunch due to the interaction with electron clouds (e-clouds) leads to a blow up of the beam size in storage rings with positively charged beams. The simulations of the interaction bunch - e-cloud, with the Particle-In-Cell Program MOEVE PIC Tracking (developed during this work), gave a detailed insight of the behavior of both particle species. The agreement of the measurements with the results of the bunch tracking with a pre-computed wake matrix for a given e-cloud density are encouraging the use of the new procedure for a fast estimation of e-cloud effects.
