The plasma environment leads to a red shift increasing at higher free electron density and rising temperature. Alternatively, excited states and ionized emitter configurations lead to a blue shift. Both shifts have been taken into account for the calculation of line profiles of silicon and argon.</field><field name="allMeta">Die Modifizierung von Linienprofilen von K-Linien ist für die Plasmadiagnostik geeignet, da die Röntgenemissionen stark von der Ionenkonfiguration und der Emitterumgebung bestimmt werden. Die Plasmaumgebung führt zu einer Rotverschiebung, die mit zunehmender Dichte freier Elektronen und ansteigender Temperatur zunimmt.
