We could show that, the LPS-induced increase in proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of adMSC could be abolished by competitive inhibition of TLR4. The data strengthen the evidence for a role of TLR4 in the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of adMSC.</field><field name="allMeta">Ziel der Studie war es, den Einfluss von wundinfektions-relevanten Gram-negativen und -positiven Bakterien und deren Zellwandkomponenten LPS und LTA auf zelluläre Prozesse (z.B. Proliferation, osteogene und adipogene Differenzierung, NF-kappaB Signalweg, Migration und Chemotaxis) der adMSC zu untersuchen.
