Die osteogene Differenzierung mesenchymaler Stammzellen geht mit erhöhter Proliferation einher und ist gekennzeichnet durch eine Erhöhung der Stoffwechselkapazität, im Speziellen der glykolytischen. Adipogenic differentiation with reduced proliferation potential was accompanied by an increased oxidative capacity, in particular the mitochondrial lipid oxidation.</field><field name="mods.abstract">In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde der energie-metabolische Phänotyp von Adipozyten, von CD34+ Zellen der stromalen vaskulären Fraktion, sowie von mesenchymalen Stammzellen, nach in vitro zur Differenzierung, des Fettgewebes charakterisiert. Die osteogene Differenzierung mesenchymaler Stammzellen geht mit erhöhter Proliferation einher und ist gekennzeichnet durch eine Erhöhung der Stoffwechselkapazität, im Speziellen der glykolytischen.
