The results suggests that the gene expression of transcellular P transporters is tissue-specific and that dietary interventions changes the gene expression levels of P transporters in relevant tissues to maintain P homeostasis in the animal. The results of this study also suggest that the variable P-containing diet may influence vitamin D metabolism in animals to maintain bone and mineral homeostasis.</field><field name="mods.abstract">In dieser Dissertation werden die Auswirkungen einer unterschiedlichen Phosphor (P)-Zufuhr mit der Nahrung auf den endogenen Mechanismus der P-Homöostase in einer Vielzahl von Organen und Geweben von Schweinen untersucht.
