Segregation analyses for the trait "plant height" indicate that it is under monogenic control. 22 candidate genes were sequenced and SNPs were identified. Association studies revealed significantly associated SNPs. Two SNPs in the HaGID1B gene could be verified and thus be regarded as potential molecular markers for plant architecture.</field><field name="mods.abstract">Ein Sonnenblumen-Assoziationspanel wurde untersucht und 64 Genotypen mit spezifischen Wachstumstypen ausgewählt. Ergebnisse von Leistungstests zeigten Hybridkandidaten, die bei erhöhter Pflanzendichte einen höheren Ertrag liefern können. Segregationsanalysen für das Merkmal „Wuchshöhe“ weisen darauf hin, dass es unter monogener Kontrolle steht. 22 Kandidatengene wurden sequenziert und SNPs identifiziert.
