Past exoplanet missions aimed at discovering new planets, while current and future missions focus on precise atmospheric observations. These provide crucial data to constrain models of planetary atmospheres and interiors. This thesis explores the link between a planet’s atmosphere, its interior structure, and evolution. By combining the individual models, the goal is to replicate observations and uncover insights into planetary formation and evolution. This thesis advances the understanding of irradiated giant planets, showing how atmospheric conditions shape their structure and evolution.
