At his, in vitro proliferation assays showed that the application of CD271+ stem cells results in improved angiogenic potential and the combination of CD133+ and CD271+ cells seems to be the most effective approach. Furthermore, an in vivo analysis has been performed in a mouse-model with ligation of the left anterior descendent artery.</field><field name="mods.abstract">Diese Studie hat das therapeutische Potenzial mesenchymaler CD271+ Stammzellen im Vergleich zu hämatopoetischen CD133+ Zellen in Hinsicht auf ihre Verwendung bei myokardialer Ischämie untersucht. Hierbei haben in vitro Proliferations-Assays gezeigt, dass die Verwendung von CD271+ Stammzellen in verbessertem angiogenetischem Potenzial resultiert und die Kombination mit CD133+ Zellen der effektivste Ansatz zu sein scheint.
