While common in low-power applications, high-power uses face challenges due to high inductance in commutation loops. The 4SiC hybrid ANPC is better for high-power use, while the 2SiC struggles. This dissertation addresses challenges in the 2SiC topology, proposing solutions validated by a 500kW experimental model.</field><field name="mods.abstract">Wechselrichter mit geringer Stromwelligkeit sind wichtig. Dreistufige hybride Si/SiC ANPC-Wechselrichter reduzieren Filtergröße. In Hochleistungsanwendungen gibt es jedoch Herausforderungen durch hohe Induktivitäten in Kommutierungsschleifen. Der 4SiC-Hybrid-ANPC ist dafür besser geeignet, während der 2SiC Probleme hat.
