Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 can adopt different trophic modes. In this dissertation, the role of protein phosphorylation in acclimation processes was investigated. Global proteome and phospho-proteome studies with Synechocystis under changing CO2 levels were performed and found many responsive phosphorylation events. Furthermore, the role of the 12 serine/threonine protein kinases (SpkA-L) in acclimation processes was analyzed under different environmental conditions in Synechocystis mutants.</field><field name="mods.abstract">Cyanobakterien wie Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 haben die Fähigkeit, sich an wechselnde Umweltbedingungen anzupassen. Die Rolle der Proteinphosphorylierung bei Akklimatisierungsprozessen wurde untersucht. Es wurden globale Proteom- und Phospho-Proteom-Studien mit Synechocystis unter wechselnden CO2-Gehalten durchgeführt, wobei viele veränderte Phosphorylierungsereignisse gefunden wurden.
