In this thesis, we performed time-resolved laser spectroscopy techniques to unravel the underlying physical processes, namely the thermalization, cooling and recombination as well as separation of charge carriers, plus coherent motions of the crystal lattice.</field><field name="mods.abstract">Übergangsmetall-Dichalkogenide können als atomar dünne Monolagen mit einzigartigen Eigenschaften präpariert werden, was zahlreiche Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in der (Opto-)Elektronik eröffnet.
