These three approaches are a promising tool as they facilitate site-specific investigations of complex biomolecular systems such as amyloid fibrils, ribonucleoprotein complexes, and the formulation of active substances.</field><field name="mods.abstract">Diese Arbeit präsentiert Fortschritte in der dynamischen Kernpolarisation (DNP), darunter matrixfreie Probenvorbereitung, die Kombination von heteronuklearen Kreuzrelaxation-basierten Polarisationstransfer (SCREAM-DNP) mit dipolarer Rückkopplung, sowie Relaxationszeitmessungen unter DNP-Bedingungen.
