Es wird deutlich, dass das Format stark von ministerialen Vorgaben beeinflusst war, sich gleichzeitig aber auch dem Urteil der Lehrer*innen hinsichtlich seiner praktischen Relevanz stellen musste, um die intendierte Funktion – eine Weiterbildung jenseits der organisierten Veranstaltungen – erfüllen zu können. Die Betrachtungen machen außerdem deutlich, dass die beiden mit der Organisation beauftragten Institutionen (zunächst die APW, dann das ZIW) hierbei durchaus eigene Perspektiven beisteuerten und damit nicht auf die Rolle der Ausführenden von Ministeriumswünschen reduziert werden können. Das Ergebnis der Kooperation war eine Sendereihe, die ein – wissenschaftlich fundiertes – Wunschbild von DDR-Unterricht präsentierte.
