Despite many efforts, challenges remain, particularly in connecting actors from the healthcare sector and child and youth welfare services. The AI tool ChatGPT offers potential solutions to address these challenges related to resources and communica-tion. It can provide professionals with guidance and help overcome language barriers by translating content into the primary language or simple language. However, ethical aspects and limitations in using ChatGPT must be considered, and continuous critical reflection is necessary.
