|
Ziel der Dissertation ist die Untersuchung des Zusammenhanges von Gebissanomalien
und orofazialen Dysfunktionen bei Kindern mit Zahn-und Kieferstellungsanomalien im
Wechselgebissalter. Von 197 kieferorthopädischen Patienten wurden 6 Primär- und Sekundärfunktionen
wie Lippenkraft, Atmung, Zungenruhelage, Schluckmuster, orale Stereognose und Artikulation
beurteilt und ein myofunktioneller Status vor kieferorthopädischer Therapie, nach
10 Stunden und nach 20 Stunden spezieller sprachheilpädagogischer Behandlung erhoben.
