Das Ziel der Arbeit besteht darin, einen zyklischen Sechs-Phasen-Prozess des Personalentwicklungscontrollings
im Funktionszyklus des Personalmanagements für mittelständische Unternehmen zu entwickeln,
der den hohen Anforderungen einer zukunftsorientierten Personalentwicklung und eines
zielorientierten Personalentwicklungscontrollings Rechnung trägt. Die theoretischen
Erkenntnisse werden anschließend mittels einer empirischen Untersuchung überprüft.

The objective of the dissertation is the development of a cyclic six stage model of
human resources development controlling in the context of the cyclic functions of
human resources management. The six stage model meets the demands of a forward-looking
human resources development and its target-oriented controlling. The theoretical findings
will be verified by an empirical study.
