Abstract: The objective of the dissertation is the development of a cyclic six stage model of human resources development controlling in the context of the cyclic functions of human resources management. The six stage model meets the demands of a forward-looking human resources development and its target-oriented controlling. The theoretical findings will be verified by an empirical study.
