Abstract: The studie addresses the rheumatoid arthritis, its pathogentic evaluation and therapeutic interference in murine arthritis modells. The collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and the anti-kollagen ΙΙ antibody-induced arthritis (CAIA) showed intravitalmikroskopic, despite absence of clinical arthritis signs, marked inflammation of the synovial microcirculation. The therapeutic application of antileukoproteinase in the CAIA-modell could significantly reduce inflammatory cell response.
