EINFÜHRUNG: Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, den Verlauf der chronischen Pankreatitis zu
analysieren. METHODEN: Von 2004-2007 wurden mittels eines standardisierten Fragebogens
Daten von 118 Patienten erhoben. ERGEBNISSE: 84 Patienten hatten eine alkoholinduzierte
(AICP) und 29 Patienten eine idiopathische (ICP) chronische Pankreatitis. Patienten
mit AICP wiesen signifikant häufiger Gefäßverschlüsse auf und wurden tendenziell häufiger
und früher operiert als Patienten mit ICP. SCHLUSSFOLGERUNG: Die AICP ist im Verlauf
mit mehr Komplikationen, insbesondere Gefäßverschlüssen, verbunden als die ICP.

AIMS: It was the aim to analyse the clinical profile of chronic pancreatitis (CP)
in Rostock. METHODS: From 2004 to 2007 information from 118 patients were collected
using a standardized questionnaire. RESULTS: CP could be divided in alcohol induced
(AICP, 84 patients) und idiopathic (ICP) chronic pancreatitis (29 patients). Patients
with AICP had significant more vascular occlusions, were more often and earlier operated
than patients with ICP. CONCLUSION: More complications occur in AICP than in ICP,
especially more vascular occlusions are seen.
