Die Abstriche von 634 Patienten aus den Zeiträumen 1992-1994 und 1999-2006 wurden
ausgewerted. Hinsichtlich des Keimspektrums der akuten Otitis media isolierte ich
ein anderes Keimspektrum zwsichen beiden Untersuchungszeiträumen, hinsichtlich der
chronischen Otitis media ein gleiches. Die häufigsten Erreger der akuten eitrigen
Otitis media wiesen eine hohe Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Aminopenicillin-Betalaktamaseinhibitor-Kombinationen
und Cephalosporinen auf, die häufigsten Erreger der chronischen Otitis media gegenüber
Ciprofloxacin und Gentamicin.

The results of 634 patients were analysed in two study periods- 1992-1994 and 1999-2006.
The isolated pathogens changed significantly in patients suffering from acute otitis
media, but not suffering from chronic otitis media between the two groups. The least
antibiotic resistance was found for Penicillins in combination with a Betalactase
inhibitor and Cepahalosporins for patients suffering from acute otitis media and for
Ciprofloxacin and Gentamicin for patients suffering from chronic otitis media.
