Die vorliegende Arbeit untersuchte das Transplantatanwachsen an insgesamt neun Hunden
nach nicht-myeloablativer Knochenmarktransplantation mit einer initialen TBI von 2
Gy und einer anschließenden Immunsuppression bestehend aus Cyclosporin A und Everolimus.
Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass unter diesem Konditionierungsregime in allen Tieren
ein frühes Transplantatanwachsen im Blut möglich war.
