Abstract: Within this work 21 mono- and diesters including 12 not yet described in literature, were biocatalytically synthesized starting from dicarboxylic acids and alkenols. The isolation of the synthesized mono- and diesters was carried out by means of column chromatography. In addition, scale up experiments were carried out, which confirmed the reaction process. The obtained esters were examined for their antibacterial potential.
