Die Dissertation umfasst 71 neue metallhaltige ionische Flüssigkeiten und Komplexverbindungen,
die umfangreich charakterisiert wurden. Als Metallkomplexanionen wurden u. a. 3d Übergangsmetallionen
mit Halogenido- oder Pseudohalogenido-Liganden eingesetzt sowie mehrkernige Edel-
und Hauptgruppen-Metallkomplexanionen. Als Komplexkationen wurden Tetramethylguanidinium-
(HTMG) und Hexamethylguanidinium- (HMG) Kationen, Verbindungen mit alkylierten 1,4-Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-Kationen
(DABCO), pyridiniumbasierte Kationen sowie N-Adamantyl-N‘-ethylimidazolium-Kationen
verwendet.

The dissertation contains 71 new metal-based ionic liquids and coordination compounds,
which were characterized extensively. Mainly group 3d transition metals ions with
halogenido or pseudo-halogenido ligands as well as polynuclear noble metals and main
group metals were used as complex anions. As complex cations Tetramethylguanidinium
(HTMG) and Hexamethylguanidinium (HMG) cations, compounds with alkylated 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane
(DABCO) cations, pyridinium based cations and N-Adamantyl-N‘-ethylimidazolium cations
were used.
