Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden Extrakte verschiedener Pflanzen hergestellt, aufgetrennt
und analysiert. Des Weiteren wurden gewonnene Naturstoffe/Naturstoffgemische in zellbiologischen
Untersuchungen auf ihre ER-Stress-reduzierende Aktivität untersucht. Zusätzlich wurde
die direkte Sublimation von Substanzen aus Fruchtpulvern und Trockenextrakten untersucht.
Die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede in den Zusammensetzungen der Sublimate wurde
dabei analysiert. Aus dem Sublimat einer Sanddornbeere wurden zudem Naturstoffe isoliert
und charakterisiert.

Within the scope of this work, extracts of various plants were prepared, separated
and analyzed. Furthermore, extracted natural substances/natural substance mixtures
were investigated in cell biological studies for their ER stress-reducing activity.
In addition, direct sublimation of substances from fruit powders and dry extracts
was investigated. The similarities and differences in the compositions of the sublimates
were analyzed. In addition, natural compounds were isolated and characterized from
the sublimate of a sea buckthorn berry.
