| abstract: |
|
The present study aimed at 1) testing the sensitivity of CRC cell lines with defined
molecular alterations to curcumin; 2) mechanistically analyzing sensitive CRC cell
lines in order to identify the mode-of-action; 3) identifying biomarkers associated
with curcumin sensitivity; 4) establishing a predictive model using biomarkers to
predict the sensitivity of additional CRC cell line to curcumin.
