Die aktuelle Arbeit versucht eine Positionierung des supraartikulären Zugangs zwischen
der Vielzahl der Operationstechniken für den lateralen Bandscheibenvorfall. Der supraartikuläre
Zugang ist eine klare Option in der operativen Therapie des lateralen Bandscheibenvorfalls.
Die Früh- und Langzeitergebnisse waren relevant mit schneller und anhaltender Reduzierung
der Schmerzintensität (von 8 auf 2 im VAS). Das größte Erholungspotenzial wird in
den ersten 6 Wochen postoperativ (>85%) erreicht. Was die volle Arbeitsfähigkeit im
alten Beruf betrifft, wurde eine Quote von 89% erreicht.

The current work tries to position the supra-articular access between the multitude
of surgical techniques for the lateral disc herniation attempted. The supra-articular
approach is a clear option in the surgical treatment of lateral disc herniation. The
early and long-term results were relevant with a rapid and sustained reduction in
pain intensity (from 8 to 2 in the VAS). The greatest recovery potential is achieved
in the first 6 weeks postoperatively (> 85%). In terms of full ability to work in
the old job, a rate of 89% was achieved.
