Die Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Entwurf von Assistenzfunktionen zur Vereinfachung
und Verbesserung der Schiffsführung von Wasserfahrzeugen. Es wird ein Verfahren zur
Identifikation des Manövrierverhaltens dargestellt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der
Entwicklung einer Methode zur experimentellen Parameterschätzung bei Nutzung vorhandener
Daten des regulären Betriebs. Die algorithmische Umsetzung umfasst die Parameterschätzverfahren
und die darauf aufbauenden Reglerentwurfsverfahren.

The paper deals with the design of assistance functions for simplification and improvement
of ship handling. A method for identifying maneuvering behavior is presented. The
focus is on the development of a method for experimental parameter estimation using
existing data of regular operation. The algorithmic implementation includes the parameter
estimation procedures and the controller design procedures based on them.
