Leberspezifisches Bid-Silencing schützt vor Acetaminophen-induziertem Leberschaden in der Maus

Universität Rostock, 2021

Abstract: Acetaminophen-induced acute liver failure is a life-threatening disease with limited treatment options. In this work, the effects of bid silencing in acetaminophen-induced acute liver failure are investigated using liver-specific siRNA administration. Intravital fluorescence microscopy, histological analyses and laboratory diagnostic evaluations are used to show clear effects of liver protection in this case.
