Diese Dissertation untersucht die Effekte thrombozyten-stämmiger Wachstumsfaktoren
auf humane Primärzellen in vitro. Dabei werden insbesondere die mesenchymalen Stammzellen
des Fettgewebes und die Endothelzellen betrachtet. Die Effekte der Zugabe von thrombozyten-stämmigen
Wachstumsfaktoren und insbesondere TGF-β 1 werden nicht nur morphologisch, sondern
auch hinsichtlich ihrer Zellproliferation, metabolischen Aktivität, Apoptose, Zellzyklus
und Freisetzung von Zytokinen und Chemokinen untersucht. Dies geschieht in Hinblick
auf die Bedeutung dieser Aspekte im Rahmen der Wundheilung.

This dissertation investigates the effects of platelet-derived growth factors on human
primary cells in vitro. In particular, the mesenchymal stem cells of the adipose tissue
and the endothelial cells are considered. The effects of the addition of platelet-derived
growth factors and TGF-β 1 in particular will be investigated not only morphologically,
but also with regard to cell proliferation, metabolic activity, apoptosis, cell cycle
and the release of cytokines and chemokines. This is done with regard to the importance
of these aspects in the context of wound healing.
