Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich tiefgründig mit den Ursachen für Aktivität, Inhibierung
und Desaktivierung der Katalyse am Beispiel verschiedener Rhodiumkomplex katalysierter
Reaktionen. Hierfür wird das vorgelagerte Gleichgewicht der Michaelis-Menten-Gleichung
und der Effekt verschiedener Lösungsmittel auf die Aktivität von Katalysen analysiert.
Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse wurden auf die von Breit et al. entwickelten katalytischen
Kupplungen von Alkinen bzw. Allenen mit Nukleophilen übertragen, die mechanistisch
und komplexchemisch untersucht wurden.

This thesis deals in detail with the causes of activity, inhibition and deactivation
of catalysis using the example of various rhodium complex catalysed reactions. For
this purpose, the upstream equilibrium of the Michaelis-Menten equation and the effect
of different solvents on the activity of the catalysis are analysed. The knowledge
gained was applied to the catalytic couplings of alkynes or allenes with nucleophiles
developed by Breit et al. which were investigated mechanistically and complex chemically.
