Abstract: In this work, the synthesis and characterisation of a 1,2,3-triazolate-4,5-dithiolate as a bridging ligand are discussed. Starting from the protected 1,2,3-triazole-4,5-dithiolene, deprotection and coordination via the dithiolate to Ni(II), Co(III), Pd(II) and Pt(II) were carried out. The introduction of triethylsilyl at the N-atom of the 1,2,3-triazole allowed the introduction of a protecting group, which enabled the first 1,2,3-triazole-4,5-dithiolate complexes with an NH function and polynuclear complexes (with Fe(II), Fe(III), Co(III), Ni(II) and Cu(II)).
