Ziel: Etablieren eines Tiermodells, die Beurteilung der Wundheilung des Ureters und
Untersuchungen zum Einfluss eines Stents auf die Wundheilung. Methode: 52 Ratten (Sprague-Dawley)
wurden in drei Gruppen (Sham, Nahtmaterial, Stent) eingeteilt und am Ureter operiert.
Entnahme und histologische Aufarbeitung nach sechzig Tagen. Ergebnis: Sechzig Tagen
waren für die suffiziente Wundheilung des Ureters ausreichend. Es zeigte sich kein
signifikanter Einfluss des Stents auf die Wundheilung. Das Tiermodell Ratte hat sich
für diesen Versuch als geeignet gezeigt.

Aim: To establish an animal model, to assess ureteral wound healing and to investigate
the influence of stenting on wound healing. Methods: 52 rats (Sprague-Dawley) were
divided into three groups (sham, suture material, stent) and operated on the ureter.
Removal and histological analysis after sixty days. Result: Sixty days was sufficient
for adequate wound healing of the ureter. There was no significant influence of the
stent on wound healing. The rat animal model proved to be suitable for this experiment.
