Die Multiple Sklerose (MS) ist eine immunmediierte, chronisch neurologische Erkrankung.
Es war Gegenstand dieser Arbeit, die Prävalenz sowie Schwere von potentiellen Medikamenteninteraktionen
und von Polypharmazie bei Patienten mit MS einzuschätzen und drei verschiedene, dafür
verwendete Interaktionssoftwares zu vergleichen. Mithilfe der drei Interaktionssoftwares
MediQ, Stockley’s und Drugs.com wurden in der vorliegenden Arbeit die Medikationsdaten
von 627 Patienten mit MS auf pDDIs analysiert. .

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an immune-mediated, chronic neurological disease. The aim
of this study was to assess the prevalence and severity of potential drug interactions
and polypharmacy in patients with MS and to compare three different interaction software
programs used for this purpose. Using the three interaction software tools MediQ,
Stockley's and Drugs.com, the medication data of 627 patients with MS were analyzed
for pDDIs in the present study.
