Die Dissertation von Moritz Lukas Königer befasst sich mit der Korrelation von Knochendichte,
ermittelt mittels peripherer, quantitativer Computertomographie (pQCT), der Referenzpunkt-Mikroindentation
(RMI) sowie des aufgebrachten Drehmoments beim Einschrauben von Kortikalisschrauben
an distalem Radius und medialer Tibia. Die Untersuchungen wurden an Körperspendern
durchgeführt. Dabei konnte kein Zusammenhang zwischen standardmäßigem Messpunkt und
Ergebnissen an für osteoporotische Frakturen prädisponierten Knochen für die Ergebnisse
der RMI nachgewiesen werden.

The dissertation by Moritz Lukas Königer examines the correlation between bone density,
as determined using peripheral quantitative computed tomography (pQCT), reference
point microindentation (RMI), and the torque applied when screwing in cortical screws
on the distal radius and medial tibia. The investigations were conducted on body donors.
No correlation was identified between the standard measuring point and the results
obtained on bones predisposed to osteoporotic fractures for the RMI results.
