Bei den Untersuchungen der Orts-Dosis-Rate (ODR) bei CyberKnife-Plänen variiert die
ODR durch verschiedene Planverschreibungen und abhängig von Eigenschaften der Metastasen
sowie des Planes. Dabei wird die ODR durch die Bestrahlungszeit beeinflusst. Nur für
Hirnmetastasen konnte ein Einfluss der ODR auf das klinische Ansprechen nachgewiesen
werden. Hinzu konnten Zusammenhänge mit dem Grad der Poliakisurie und geringfügiger
der Dysurie bei Prostatakarzinomen und auf die Gewebsreaktion in der MRT-Bildgebung
des Leberparenchyms nachgewiesen werden.

In the investigations of the local dose rate (ODR) for CyberKnife plans, the ODR varies
due to different plan prescriptions and depending on the characteristics of the metastases
and the plan. The ODR is influenced by the irradiation time. An influence of the ODR
on the clinical response could only be demonstrated for brain metastases. In addition,
correlations with the degree of polyakiuria and, to a lesser extent, dysuria in prostate
carcinomas and on the tissue reaction in MRI imaging of the liver parenchyma could
be demonstrated.
