Clip-Migration rate was 17.5%. This study found no significant impact of clip type,
age, biopsy direction, or breast density on migration, but severe bleeding was linked
to higher migration rates. Histopathological findings showed 64% benign lesions, 9.9%
uncertain, and 21.4% intraductal carcinoma. Clip migration >1 cm was associated with
higher rates of negative specimen radiography and affected margins in subsequent surgeries.
Further research on lesion location and depth is recommended.

Die Clip-Migrationsrate betrug 17,5%. Diese Studie fand keinen signifikanten Einfluss
des Clip-Typs, des Alters, der Biopsie-Richtung oder der Brustdichte auf die Migration,
jedoch war starke Blutung mit höheren Migrationsraten verbunden. Histopathologische
Befunde zeigten 64% benigne Läsionen, 9,9% unklare und 21,4% intraduktales Karzinom.
Eine Clip-Migration von >1 cm war mit höheren Raten von negativen Spektrum-Radiographien
und betroffenen Rändern bei anschließenden Operationen verbunden. Weitere Forschungen
zur Lokalisation und Tiefe der Läsion werden empfohlen.
