Abstract: Clip-Migration rate was 17.5%. This study found no significant impact of clip type, age, biopsy direction, or breast density on migration, but severe bleeding was linked to higher migration rates. Histopathological findings showed 64% benign lesions, 9.9% uncertain, and 21.4% intraductal carcinoma. Clip migration >1 cm was associated with higher rates of negative specimen radiography and affected margins in subsequent surgeries. Further research on lesion location and depth is recommended.
