Abstract: This work presents advances in Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP), including matrix-free sample preparation, the combination of heteronuclear cross-relaxation-induced transfer (SCREAM-DNP) with dipolar recoupling, and relaxation time measurements under DNP conditions. These three approaches are a promising tool as they facilitate site-specific investigations of complex biomolecular systems such as amyloid fibrils, ribonucleoprotein complexes, and the formulation of active substances.
