Gegenstand dieser Arbeit war die Untersuchung des Einflusses von Fluvoxamin und T3
auf die zirkadiane Genexpression im humanen dermalen Fibroblastenmodell. Die Ergebnisse
zeigen, dass sich die beiden untersuchten Substanzen auf die zirkadiane Genexpression
auswirken. Die Inkubation mit Fluvoxamin sorgte in Fibroblasten von Probanden ohne
neuropsychiatrische Diagnose für eine signifikant veränderte Expression der Gene Cry1
und Per1-3. In den Fibroblasten von ADHS-Patienten führte die Inkubation mit T3 zu
signifikanten Veränderungen in der Expression aller untersuchten zirkadianen Gene.

The aim of this study was to investigate the circadian gene expression in primary
human-derived dermal fibroblast cultures after exposure to fluvoxamine and T3. The
results demonstrate that both substances have an impact on circadian gene expression.
Fluvoxamine caused a significant effect on the expression of the circadian genes Cry1
and Per1–3 in fibroblasts derived from a cohort of participants without neuropsychiatric
disorders. The incubation of fibroblasts derived from ADHD patients with T3 showed
significant effects on the expression of all circadian genes investigated.
