Synthesis and properties of ullazine derivatives

Abstract: The main focus of the dissertation was initially on the synthesis of novel ullazine derivatives and the optimization of the individual synthesis steps. Various modifications such as substitution, π-expansion, and nitrogen doping were employed. The new structures were thoroughly investigated using different analytical methods. On the one hand, the substitution patterns of the final products were evaluated; on the other hand, the influence of the modifications was extensively compared and analyzed with ullazine structures already known from the literature.
