Diese retrospektive Single-Center-Analyse untersucht die Beeinflussung des Patienten-
und Pankreastransplantatüberlebens durch verschiedenste Faktoren nach erfolgter Pankreastransplantation
bei zumeist juvenilem Diabetes mellitus innerhalb zweier postoperativer Zeitintervalle.
Es wurde drei Monate und zwei Jahre nach Transplantation erhoben, welche Patienten
überlebten und eine ausreichend Transplantatfunktion aufrechterhalten konnten. Dabei
wurden Einflüsse durch Spender- und Empfängermerkmale sowie des peri- und postoperativen
Verlaufs mittels binär logistischer Regression analysiert.

This retrospective Single-Centre-Analysis investigates the influence of different
determinants on patient and graft survival after pancreastransplantation in endocrine
pancreas insufficiency within two choosen durations. The survival of patients and
graft function has been analyzed three months and two years after pancreastransplantation.
The impact of donor- and receiver characterization as well as the peri- and postoperative
progress has been examined by binary logistic regression.
