Die Arbeit verfolgt die Frage, welche Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede sich im Vergleich
des Kasus im Deutschen, Polnischen und Spanischen zeigen. Im Fokus steht sowohl die
Analyse der Verwendung der Kasuskategorien, ihrer syntaktischen Funktionen und der
Faktoren der Kasuszuweisung als auch die Untersuchung der morphologischen Markierung
der Kasuskategorien und der Kasusflexion in den drei Sprachen. Die Berücksichtigung
von verschiedenen Aspekten des Kasus ermöglicht den Vergleich der drei Sprachen, bei
denen das Kasussystem in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß ausgeprägt ist.

The study addresses the question of which similarities and differences emerge in the
comparison of case in German, Polish, and Spanish. The focus is on analyzing the use
of case categories, their syntactic functions, and the factors determining case assignment,
as well as examining the morphological marking of case categories and case inflection
in the three languages. Considering these different aspects of case allows for a comparison
of the three languages, whose systems exhibit various degrees of complexity.
