Die Studie „Muslimisch-Sein in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern“ untersucht die Lebenssituation
sowie in ausgewählten Themenbereichen die Alltagsgestaltung von Muslim:innen in diesem
Bundesland. Die quantitative Querschnittsbefragung wurde von Mai bis Juli 2023 mit
einem Online-Fragebogen durchgeführt und richtete sich an Muslim:innen ab 16 Jahren
mit Wohnsitz in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Dieser Methodenbericht dokumentiert das Stichprobendesign,
die Fragebogenentwicklung, die Erhebung, die Zusammensetzung der Stichprobe und enthält
den Fragebogen auf Arabisch, Deutsch, Englisch und Persisch.

The project “Being Muslim in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (MV)” aims to examine Muslims‘
living situation and everyday life in selected topics in MV, one German federal state.
The quantitative cross-sectional project uses an online questionnaire and was conducted
from May to July 2023. Muslims older than 15 years were survey who live in MV. This
methodological report documents the study design and sample composition. Further,
information on the questionnaire development are provided as well as the final questionnaires
in Arabic, German, English and Persian.
