Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem deutschsprachigen Diskurs über Asexualität.
Anhand von Beiträgen in einem deutschsprachigen Internetforum über Asexualität werden
die Konstruktion und Legitimation von Asexualität sowie Bezüge zu Sexualität und LGBTQ-Identitäten
untersucht. Es handelt sich um eine explorative Untersuchung diskursiver Aushandlungsprozesse
auf Basis der Grounded Theory, der Wissenssoziologischen Diskursanalyse sowie der
Interpretativen Subjektivierungsanalyse.

This thesis examines the German-speaking discourse about asexuality. Using posts in
a German-speaking online forum about asexuality, the construction and legitimisation
of asexuality are studied, as well as references to sexuality and LGBTQ identities.
This thesis is an explorative analysis of discoursive negotiation processes based
on Grounded Theory, Sociology of Knowledge Approach to Discourse (SKAD) and Interpretative
Subjectivation Analysis methodologies.
