This work shows the applicability of three biochip types with integrated microelectrodes.
To differentiate thermal and athermal effects, action potentials (AP) of dielectrophoretically
positioned neuronal networks were detected under HF-EMF exposition on the Si-neurochip.
AP of nerves and cardiomyocytes were detected with the modular glass chip system MOGS.
With the PoreGenic® Patch Clamp system, cardiac AP and transmembrane potentials of
fibroblasts were detected; on-chip polymers for cell structuring were examined as
well as FIB SEM images used to describe the cell-electrode interaction.

Die Arbeit zeigt die Anwendbarkeit von drei Biochiptypen mit integrierten Mikroelektroden.
Es wurden, um thermale und athermale Effekte zu unterscheiden, Aktionspotentiale (AP)
von dielektrophoretisch positionierten Neuronen auf dem Si-Neurochip unter HF-EMF
detektiert. AP von Nerven und Herzmuskelzellen wurden mit dem modularen Glaschipsystem
MOGS detektiert. Mit dem PoreGenic®-Patch-Clamp-System wurden kardiale AP, von Fibroblasten
Transmembranpotentiale erfasst, On-chip-Polymere zur Zellwachstumsteuerung untersucht
sowie FIB-REM-Bilder zur Darstellung der Zell-Elektroden-Interaktion benutzt.
