Abstract: The study emphasises the importance of the issue of stress concerning teach-ers at vocational schools, with the subjective feeling of stress being evident, illustrating the complexity of the topic. The work-related stressors and corresponding coping methods are equally diverse, emphasising the individual nature of the issue. Moreover, disparities in the perception and efficacy of the institutional measures offered are observed, underscoring the necessity for targeted structural enhancements. Notwithstanding the study's limited represent-ativeness, it furnishes valuable insights for the advancement of stress research in the context of vocational schools and functions as a foundational basis for subsequent investigations.
